I had a mixed experience at this hotel. While the cleanliness and overall amenities were impressive, the service at check-in left something to be desired. The upgrades for being a diamond member were eventually recognized, which made the latter part of our stay enjoyable, especially with the beautiful views from our room. However, a few hiccups with staff interactions took away from the overall experience, especially considering the expectations I'd had based on previous stays at Hilton properties.

We had an amazing experience at this hotel! The staff was attentive and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The pool area was fantastic, with plenty of activities for our kids.
